2017–I’m Coming For You

So I have never been into new years resolutions– I personally think you should have goals set for yourself all year round, not just the start of the year. So, my challenge for you is to write down goals that will be taking place throughout the whole year! I have goals that I will be working towards in April, as well as some that I won’t fully reach until December!

Below I have written down a few of my goals:

  1. Become a certified personal trainer
  2. Launch my online business & start to create challenges
  3. Grow in my Senegence business

Once I have written them down, I look at it in a S.M.A.R.T Goal Approach (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Time Bound). I learned this acronym in college and I use it all the time! It’s the best way to hold yourself accountable! For example:

“I plan to become a certified personal trainer by April by studying the recommended materials daily, and learning from hands on experiences.”
