I have tried several different forms of exercise to help me reach the goals. I always wanted to have more definition and to be stronger. I wouldn’t say I have ever really struggled with my weight, but during my college days I did gain a little bit of weight and that is what really made me kick it in gear. Over the last two and a half years, I have implemented heavy lifting and HIIT cardio into my daily routine and I cannot tell you how amazed I am with my results!
